Refund policy
- You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason and without fees, provided it remains in its original condition, unused and unwashed.
- Underwear whose packaging has been removed is excluded from change-of-mind returns. This exception does not remove your rights if the item is defective or does not match your order.
- If an item is defective or you receive an item that does not match your order, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery at no additional cost.
- To request a return, email omar@madartrade-eg.com with your order number or proof of purchase, and describe the issue if applicable. We will arrange collection with you and cover the return cost for eligible returns.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund the amount due in cash within one week of an eligible return request. No restocking fee applies. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
