Shipping policy

We deliver within Egypt.

• Cairo and Giza: delivery within 3 days. Shipping fee: EGP 60.
• Other governorates: delivery within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping fee: EGP 120.

These delivery estimates cover the time from placing your order until delivery. Business days exclude official holidays and non-working days. Shipping fees include applicable taxes, and the full order total is shown before checkout is completed.

Payment is cash on delivery. Please provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. We will contact you if any delivery delay occurs.
