These terms govern purchases from Madar Store at shop.madartrade-eg.com.
- Products and orders: Please check the size, colour and number of items on the product page before ordering. Orders are fulfilled after product availability and delivery details are confirmed. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and will not substitute an item without your approval.
- Prices and payment: Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes. Payment is cash on delivery. The order total, including shipping, is displayed before you confirm your order.
- Shipping: We deliver within Egypt. Shipping costs EGP 60 for Cairo and Giza and EGP 120 for other governorates. Please provide an accurate address and phone number. We will communicate delivery arrangements and any known delays.
- Changes and cancellations: Contact us to request a change or cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, our returns policy and your statutory rights apply.
- Returns: Exchange and return requests are covered by our published returns policy, without limiting rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.
